Bryan brings over a decade of experience in Emergency Medical Services, coupled with a proven track record of leadership and innovation. His dedication to the field is reflected in numerous accolades, including citations from the Massachusetts House of Representatives and State Senate and has been named Paramedic of the Year by multiple agencies.

Bryan's role in EMS extends beyond the typical duties of a paramedic. He has taken on responsibilities as a training officer and as an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system administrator. In these roles, Bryan led his agency's ImageTrend Elite transition from NEMSIS V2 to 3.4 and then to 3.5, while focusing on innovative, crew-centric data utilization and reporting strategies that reduce the need for manual intervention by field providers and support organizational end goals.
His commitment to advancing in this field was further enhanced by attending the National Fire Academy's Emergency Medical Services: Quality Management course. There, he gained invaluable insights into creating, implementing, and maintaining Quality Management Programs, a skill set that he believes is crucial in today's environment.
Bryan's expertise extends beyond frontline care; he has successfully led agencies through complex data transitions and implemented innovative, crew-centric data utilization strategies.
